Step:

  1. Soak rice for an hour

  2. Boil water by adding salt and let it boil till bubble start to appear

  3. Add soaked rice in it and boil it

  4. Strain them and allow it to cool in a big tray

  5. Chop carrots as shown in picture

  6. Cut spring onion set aside

  7. Make plain omlet of egg one by one by adding pinch of salt pepper

  8. In a wok add 2tbsp oil and add crushed garlic

  9. Add boil rice in it with carrots and spring onion

  10. Sprinkle some salt pepper chicken powder

  11. Add soya sauce

  12. Give it good mix

  13. Add omlet in it and toss it

  14. Serve it with any Chinese gravy
