Step:

  1. Wash green chillies, slit them, keep on strainer and let water strain

  2. Put two tablespoon of salt on green chillies, keep them on thaali and sundry for three hours, chillies should not dry much

  3. In a wok put oil and keep on flame, as it heats up add garlic and let it saute

  4. Add the rest except green chillies, mix well and cook masala well do not burn

  5. Remove from flame then add green chillies and mix very well, let it completely cool down then keep in jar


Ingredients

  1. 1 kg Green chillies (slit)
  2. 2 tbsp Rai kuria (splitted mustard seeds)
  3. 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (grind coarsely)
  4. 1 tbsp Achaar masala
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 2 tbsp Garlic (pounded)
  7. 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. 1 1/2 cup Oil
  10. 1/2 tsp Citric acid
