Crunchy egg sandwich

In a bowl, break in the eggs and beat together with salt, pepper and milk

Heat oil in a pan then pour in the egg mixture. Don't cook till completely dry.

Spread some margarine on one side of all the bread slices

Spread some of the cooked eggs 4 slices of bread

Cover with the other slices and apply some margarine on the top and the bottom sides

Gently place them on the toaster/sandwich maker and cover. Let cook till ready

Open and let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Serve with your favorite drink
