Mayo macronies salad

In a saucepan add water, oil and salt

Bring a boil add macronies and cook for 15 mins

Drine and rinse with cold water

Boil the eggs seperately and cut in cubes

Cut the carrot and capsicum in cubes

In a bowl add macronies, eggs and all the vegetables

For sauce add all the ingredients together and mix well

Add the mayo sauce in macronies, eggs and vegetables mixture and mix well

Pour in srrving bowl and serve chilled
