Step:

  1. In a heated oil in a sauce pan, add in the onions and cook till translucent

  2. Add in the potatoes and cook till they form a nice coating. Add in the ginger garlic paste.

  3. Add in the sultanas, nuts and sausages and stir

  4. Add in the rice and stir.

  5. Add in the capsicum and seasoning

  6. Pour in the water and stir

  7. Cover with alluminium foil and bake in a 180 degree c preheated oven for 30 minutes

  8. Remove and fluff it up. Cover and let rest for at least 10 minutes before serving

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups white long grain rice
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 3 strips spring onions, chopped
  4. 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 cups chopped potatoes
  7. 3 sausages, chopped
  8. 1/4 cup roasted ground nuts
  9. 3 tbsp sultanas
  10. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  11. 1 chili, chopped
  12. 2 royco cubes
  13. Salt and pepper
