Step:

  1. In a heated saucepan, melt butter, then add the garlic and let cook for a minute

  2. Put a tbsp of the chopped onionsand saute them

  3. Add the potatoes and mix

  4. Add salt, pepper and water to the potatoes and let it boil for 8-10 minutes

  5. Using a potato masher, ensure all the potatoes in the saucepan are mashed properly, until you get a smooth mixture.

  6. Add the milk and let it boil

  7. Serve

  1. 1 whole onion, roughly choppes
  2. 1 tsp garlic paste
  3. 1/2 kg diced potatoes
  4. 2 tbsp butter
  5. salt and pepper
  6. 1 cup milk
  7. 3 cups water
