Step:

  1. Mixed all the ingredients into mixer except banana and cheese. In medium speed until all combine and turn into smooth batter.

  2. Heat up the oven in 180°. Brush butter around the rectangle cake mold then Pour the batter into the mold. Then add on the banana ontop the batter and sprinkle the cheese ontop as well.

  3. Bake it fir 35min. Then is ready to served.

  1. 1 fresh banana
  2. 100 gm slices mixed cheese
  3. 300 all purpose flour
  4. 3 large eggs
  5. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 2 tablespoon matcha powder
  8. 1 tablespoon Pandanus extract
  9. 150 gm sugar
  10. 50 gm butter
  11. 1 dl fresh milk
