Step:
Boil tea leaves with 1 glass of water in a pan.After 2-3 boils,switch off the gas.Wash & rinse the channas with fresh water 2-3 times.Drain out the tea leaves with stainer & put the water in a cooker with channas.Soak overnight.
Next day heat oil in a karahi with chopped onions,when they become golden,add all salt & red chilli powder. saute for few seconds & add grinded tomatoes puree.Cook till oil spreads from corners.
Add this masala in the cooker with soaked channas & 1 glass of more water. Cover with lid.After a whistle slow down the flame & cook for 25 minutes.open the lid & cook on low flame till all water is dissolved.Now add all other ingredients& mix them.
Take a big bowl or parath, add all purpose flour,semolina, 1/4 tsp salt & eatable soda powder. Knead with curd till it becomes a soft dough.Covered it with wet cloth & keep it aside for an hour.
After an hour,again Knead once & make small balls out of it.
Give them mini chapati shape.
Grease the muffin cans with oil.
Preheat the oven at 200 degree C.Now insert each mini chapati in the muffin cup.press the bottom & sides to give canapes shape.
Put the tray in the oven & bake for 7 minutes or till they becomes golden.
Take out the canapes & filled them with Chana masala.Garnish with onion, tomatoes & green chilies. Serve hot
