Step:

  1. Wash and cut beeef and potato in cubes. cook the potatoes for 5mins

  2. In a bowl add the beef + all the above mentioned spices and seasoning.. add the diced veggies and cooked potatoes too, cover and refrigerate for an hour

  5. 1 onion
  6. Seasoning
  7. Black pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  9. 2 tablespoon mayonaise & ketchup mix
  10. 1 tablespoon oil
  11. 1 tspn Chilli powder
  12. 1 tspn scotch bonnet and onion paste
