Step:
Dry the gravy from the left over rajma by boiling it on high flame and making sure you keep stirring so that it doesn’t get burnt.
Take the dried rajma in a wide vessel and let it cool.
Add paneer, carrot, onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, potato and with the help of potato masher mash all ingredients well.
Add oats powder and season with dry masalas mentioned above and mix well.
Make small balls from the mashed dough, flatten them into tikkis and shallow fry them in a non stick pan till it’s brown from both the sides. Keep the flame on medium heat so that they turn crispy from the outside.
