Step:
Grind all the biscuits with sugar to a fine powder.
Gradually add milk to make a batter. Batter should be of falling consistency. Neither thick nor very thin.
Grease a cake tin. Add eno to the batter, give a quick mix, and pour it in grease tin.
Bake it for 15 mins on 180° or else you can even bake it on gas, place a heavy bottom pan, add salt in it. Place a dhokla ring and keep the tin on it. Cover and bake for 20-25 mins.
Once the brownie is baked, cool it down, demould it and cut them in square pieces. Now cut each piece from center. Apply whipped cream in the center and sandwich it.
Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours.before serving, garnish with sprinkles and chocolate sauce.
