Step:

  1. Preheat oven and grease and flour your tin

  2. Sift flour, baking powder and soda and all spices together. Add sugar Whisk and set aside

  3. Mix all wet ingredients together. Mix wet with dry and whisk well till combined

  4. Pour into your tin and bake till skewer inserted comes out clean. I used charcoal jiko for 25-30mins. Allow to cool and enjoy

  5. 2/3 c oil
  6. 1 c sugar
  7. 2 large eggs
  8. 11/4 c buttermilk
  9. 1 tsp cinnamon
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  11. 2 tsp tea Masala spice
  12. 1 tsp soya powder
