  1. Add the tuna, anchovies, sweetcorn and beetroot juice to the cooked pasta and pop into a bowl.

Ingredients

  1. 1 boiled egg
  2. 1/2 jar good quality tuna
  3. Handful spinach
  4. Few chopped radish
  5. 1/4 chopped cucumber
  6. 1/2 Tin sweetcorn
  7. 2 anchovies
  8. Handful any cooked pasta shapes
  9. 2 small pickled beets sliced
  10. Glug of the beetroot vinegar to flavour and colour the cooked pasta
