Step:
In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and the sugar, then add the eggs and the bananas.
Sift in the flour, bicarb and baking powder and mix well.
Add the coconut and bluberrys - try not to bash the bluberrys up too much,
Pop into a greased brownie tin and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Put into a pre heated oven (160) for about 30 mins or until cooked - i like mine slightly underdone if serving straight away with cream for desert, or cooked a bit more if leaving to cool and cutting into squares for later.
Ingredients
60 z Butter
60 z soft brown sugar
6 oz self raising flour (brown flour would be nice too)
1 big pinch of bicarb and baking powder
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
3/4 punnet blueberrys
handful toasted coconut
I also chucked in some crushed, dried banana chips for texture
cover wth sesame seeds after popping in a baking tray (and a few other seeds if you have them)
