Step:

  1. In a big bowl, take all ingredients except eno and tempering. Make batter.

  2. Keep it for 10 minutes. Now add eno, and mix it lightly. Otherwise bubbles will destroy, and dhokla won't be fluffy.

  3. Now pour the batter, in dhokla pan and cook for 20 mins.

  4. Instant dhokla is ready.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Semolina
  2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1 tsp Sugar
  5. As per taste Salt
  6. 1 pack Eno
  7. 1 cup water
  8. For tempering:-
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  11. 8-10 Curry leaves
