In a bowl break in your eggs and add sugar and salt and whisk till well combined, then add in the oil and mix till incoporated.
Add in the flour in two batches to the first batch add in the baking powder snd sieve into the egg mixture then mix using a spatula when mixed through add the remaining flour and mix using your hands.
Divide the dough into two to one add 15g of flour and mix till combined to the other dough add the cocoa powder and mix till combined. Put both doughs in cling film and refrigerate for about 15mins.
After 15mins bring out the dough.roll each dough out thin but not too thin use a round cutter to cut out circles.place the brown circle on top of the white circle divide into two equal parts take one part and bring the edges together then arrange on a lined baking tray to make the flowers arranging 5 pieces for each flower bringing the edges together.Mix small amount of both doughs take a little and make small balls and place in the middle of the flowers.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for about 15 to 20mins.
