Beetroot Appe

In a bowl take all ingredients except eno.

Mix well without any lumps.
Grease Appe pan.

Now add Eno and mix gently.

Now pour spoonful of batter in hot pan. Fill all and cover it for a minute.

Take out lid and flip on other side and cook for a minute again.

Accordingly prepare all.

Take out and arrange in serving dish.

Serve hot with choice of ur dip / chutney or ketchup.
