Step:

  1. Gently brush the sliced tomatoes in the olive oil to coat slices. Place slices without overlapping onto dehydrator shelves or a baking pan. If you are baking preheat oven to 325F

  2. In a small bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over each slice.

  3. Depending on how thick the slices of tomato are, dehydrating could take anywhere from 15-30 hours. If baking check every 30 minutes until edges show some charring, could take 2-3 hours.

  4. Note: The desired result is crispy, not chewy. If it is note quite crisp enough after the estimated cooking times, just add more time to achieve the crispness you want.

  1. 8 Large Beefsteak Tomatoes
  2. 1 tsp Garlic powder
  3. 4 tsp Dried Parsley
  4. 2 tsp Sea salt
  5. 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  6. Olive oil (as needed)
