Step:

  1. Take a bowl put maida,rice flour pour curd no need to add water curd moisture is enough to make bonda batter

  2. It should soak 3 to 4 hours after that will make bonda..will get nice colour and tasty softy..

  3. After that add salt,baking soda,onion pieces mix well mean while heat an oil take small amount leave into oil once it get golden colour take out..bonda is ready

  4. For chutney....take a blender put coconut,roasted ground nuts,chilli,salt,sugar make fine paste..mean while heat a cadai pour oil add urad dal,mustard,cumin seeds curry leave once tadaka splutter add red chilli

  5. Add tadaka onto coconut chutney..serve with Mysore bonda

  1. 200 gms maida
  2. 1/2 ltr curd
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. 50 grams rice flour
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 cup onion pieces
  7. 1/2 cup coriander
  8. For chutney..
  9. 4 green chilli
  10. 1 cup tender coconut pieces
  11. 1 cup roasted groundnuts
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. 1 tsp sugar
  14. For tadka
  15. 3 tsp oil
  16. 1/2 tsp cumin, mustard seeds
  17. 1 strand curry leaves
  18. 2 Dry Red chilli
  19. 1 tsp urad dal
