Step:

  1. Grease baking tin.
    Preheat oven at 180°C for 10 mins.

  2. In a bowl mix boiled potatoes and bread crumbs.

  3. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

  4. In other bowl mix grated paneer and finely chopped capsicums.

  5. Now take potato mixture and spread on baking dish.

  6. Apply pizza sauce evenly on it. Now add grated carrots.Now sprinkle some herbs and grated cheese.

  7. Spread sesame seeds over it. Bake it for 10 mins.

  8. Serve hot with ketchup.

  1. 1 1/2 cups Boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup grated Paneer
  3. 1/2 cup Capsicums - red, orange, green and yellow - finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cup Corns
  5. 1/2 cup Carrots grated and squeezed
  6. 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 tbsp Sesame
  8. 1 tsp Mix herbs
  9. 1 tbsp Bread crumbs
  10. 1 tbsp Pizza sauce
  11. to taste Salt
  12. 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tsp Ketchup
