Step:

  1. In a sauce pan, heat in your butter on low, melt slowly.

  2. Turn heat up and put onions in to fry till soft

  3. Add garlic ginger paste and stir in.

  4. Add beef, stir, then curry powder, cinnamon, turmeric and ground cumin.

  5. Stir quickly then add the boiling water and chicken cubes.

  6. Transfer to a deep pan and when boiling, turn heat right down to the lowest and let it simmer.

  7. Chop the pepper into small pieces and add the curry, stir in Tomato paste and a pinch of Black Pepper.

  8. Stir well and continue to stir occasionally so as not to stick to the pan.

  9. Cook for about 45 mins on low.

  10. Then add a little water if it looks too thick, stir and then add the Cream.

  11. Let simmer for a minute. It should be thickened and ready to serve.

  4. 1 large onion chopped
  5. 450 g Beef cut into cube size
  6. 2 tbls Garam masala powder
  7. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  8. 1 tsp tumeric powder
  9. 1/4 tsp ground Cumin
  10. 1 chicken cubes
  11. 1 red pepper chopped
  12. 2 tbsp tomato paste
  13. 1 pinch Black pepper
  14. 2 cups boiled water
  15. 2 tbsp cream
