Step:
Add sugar to the water and set in a pot to boil on medium flame
Melt ghee and add atta to it. Roast on low flame till it turns brown. Continue stirring flour and ghee mixture while sugar boils to make light syrup.
As you will keep stirring it on low flame, colour of flour will keep getting darker
I like nice brown colour of halwa so I roast the flour for good 15-20 min on low flame
Roughly chop the nuts of your choice
ADD nuts to the flour being roasted
Keep roasting fr another 2-3 minutes
Now carefully add the boiled sugar syrup. Bubbles will rise so be careful and flame should be high. Keep stirring to avoid making of lumps
Halwa will take form of a lump and ghee will leave the sides of the pan
Hot halwa is ready to relish. Can garnish with more nuts.
