Step:

  1. Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl add the atarodo and mix.

  2. Add the egg and gradually add the warm water to make not too watery batter.beat well using a wooden spoon cover snd allow to double in size.

  3. Fry in oil (medium heat)

  2. 1/4 cup sugar or to taste
  3. 2 tsp yeast
  4. 1 egg
  5. 3 pinches salt
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1 atarodo cut into small pieces or more if you want it hot
  8. Warm water
  9. Oil for frying
