Palak omelette cheese role

Take a bowl break down eggs put yolk on to bowl add palak puri

Add salt,peoper mix well mean while heat a pan grease butter pour gently palak egg batter

Place cheese sheets on top of batter sprinkle chilli flakes close lid 2 min once cheese melts base is Cooked then role top to bottom in a horizontal way

Carefully role it once it fully Cooked leaves to pan

Take out by half serve with tomato sauce sprinkle chilli flakes on top ready to serve
