Step:

  1. In a mixing bowl add the whipped cream powder and mix, add the condense milk, vanilla essence and milk powder mix well until smooth and foamy

  2. Transfer half of the mixture into a bowl arrange the Oreo biscuits on top of the ice cream add the rest of the mixture and spread to cover the Oreo cookies

  3. Add some crushed Oreo on top and refrigerate to ice, serve and enjoy

  5. 6 pieces Oreo cookies
