Step:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water mixed with sugar and salt.

  2. Once frothed up make a dough with maida and milk powder
    apply oil and keep aside for an hour to double.

  3. Once the dough doubles punch nicely it for 5-7 minutes
    Roll it and make the base for kulcha
    I made in a rectangular pan
    Can be made round too

  4. Put paneer & onion topping over it and bake in a pre heated oven for 10-15 minutes or till done at 180degrees

  5. Serve as it is or with green chutney or ketchup

    Can be given in tiffin too

  6. Marinate Paneer cubes in hung curd, add grated garlic, chopped onions, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, salt and dried oregano or green coriander leaves

  7. Keep paneer in marination for 20 minutes

  8. Fry it in a non- stick pan or tawa for giving crispness and colour to paneer cubes

  9. Paneer tikka kulcha is a nice idea for weekend breakfast


Ingredients

  1. Dough for kulcha
  2. 1.5 cups maida
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. 1 tsp yeast
  6. 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  7. 1/2 cup Warm water
  8. 2 tbsp milk powder
  9. As needed Paneer Tikka
  10. 250 gm paneer cubes
  11. 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  12. 1-2 tbsp turmeric powder
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 1 cup hung curd
  15. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  16. 2 small onions cut in chunks
  17. 1 tomato chunks
  18. 2 tsp dry oregano
  19. 1/2 cup cleaned Coriander leaves
