Step:
Soak moong dal in three cups of water for about half an hour. Drain and grind with ginger, green chillies, asafoetida and salt to a smooth batter.
Add red chilli powder and mix well. Heat a tawa and grease it. Spread a ladle full of batter to a thin disc. Drizzle a little oil and cook on medium heat till the underside is done.
Carefully flip over, drizzle a little oil and cook till the other side is done too.Remove from tawa and keep in plate.
Spread chopped fruits in the centre of cheela.(I have added grapes, strawberries, pomegratee seeds)and tie with green onions leaves by making shape of bags.
Serve by garnishing healthy moong cheela fruits bag full of nutrients and vitamins....innovative,tasty and healthy.
