Baked Potatoes With Sausage and Caramelized Onions

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into cubes and boil for 5 minutes with pinch of salt

Add paprika, black pepper into the semi cooked potatoes

Lay potatoes on baking sheet that has been oiled. Spread oil on the potatoes too

Lay the sausages on the baking sheet too

Heat oven at 180 degrees and bake potatoes, tossing mid baking for 35 minutes.

Add the onions and bake further for 5 minutes

Serve immediately for breakfast
