Lemon Zest French Toast

Beat egg in bowl. Add salt and zest of lemon whisk until combined

Dip the first side into the egg zest mixture. Let it soak for a few seconds

Dip the second side and let soak few seconds

Heat non stick plan with oil or butter. Place soaked bread on the pan and cook until browned to your desired preference

Cook second side until browned too

Serve warm with tea or as a snack
