Step:

  1. Cut the cleaned peeled potatoes into desired shapes.

  2. Soak the potatoes in water with vinegar for 1hr.

  3. Prepare the beef n cook with the spices till ready. Ensure there's a little gravy. Set aside

  4. Drain water from the potatoes n pat dry with paper towel

  5. Heat the oil in a pan n fry the potatoes in batches.

  4. Oil for frying
  5. 1 tsp Paprika
  6. 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
  7. 1 onion
  8. Salt
  9. 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  10. 3 large tomatoes
