Step:

  1. Whisk egg or yoghurt in a microwave safe mug.

  2. Add water and sugar. Whisk well

  3. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. It will be thick cake like batter

  4. Microwave for 1 min to 1 min 30 second. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes

  5. Top with Chocolate spread or Ganache and serve warm

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  2. 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  4. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. 2 tbsp yoghurt or 1/2 egg
  6. 3 tbsp brown sugar
  7. 4 tbsp water
