Step:

  1. Grease your baking tin and dust it with a little flour.

  2. Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees celcius

  3. In a large mixing bowl, Mix all the dry ingredients and pour in the oil then add in the eggs and the 1/2 cup milk to make a smooth batter. Add in the vanilla essence and mix lightly.

  4. Pour the batter into the baking tin, tap from the bottom and bake for 40 - 45 minutes

  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  4. 3/4 cup veg oil
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  7. 4 eggs
  8. 1 pinch salt
