Carrot delight

Chopped carrot in a chopper. Put a ghee in a pan and roast rawa.Add carrot and saute for 5 mins.on mid.flame add milk sugar cinemon powder trutti frutti nutmeg powder mix well and stir till free with pan and spetula.Add 1tsp.rose syrup.mix well

Now take a round bowl grease and take a carrot mixture. Press and unmould in a dish garnish with carrot flower trutti frutti and rose syrup. And rose.

Yummy delicious carrot Surprise is ready to serve.
