Dry fried kidney

Cut Kidney Into Small Pieces.

In a pan on medium heat add oil, add onion and stir once your onions are pink add your kidney cover and cook until all juice has dried out.

Once dry add tomatoes, beef masala and garlic stir cover to cook further. Stirring not to stick. 3 min to removing from heat add coriander and salt. Serve hot.
