Step:

  1. Preheat oven at180°c. Line cupcake baking tray with cupcake liners.

  2. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the centre

  3. In a jar combine wet ingredients.

  4. Pour wet into dry and whisk well to combine. Scoop into baking tray holes. Bake for 18- 21 min until tooth pick comes out clean.

  5. Remove from tray, cool and frost with chocolate butter cream.

  5. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  6. 1/4 tsp salt
  7. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  8. 1 instant coffee sachet
  9. 1/2 cup butter milk
  10. 1 egg
  11. 5 g vanilla essence
