Step:

  1. Fry sausage until cooked

  2. Beat eggs and add salt and pepper

  3. Pour eggs on pan, sprinkle green onions and lay the sausages ontop

  4. Fry the first side until cooked carefully flip the omelette and cook second side

  5. Garnish with green onions before serving
