Step:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large microwave safe mug or bowl

  2. Microwave 1 minute, add 30 seconds as needed (mine took 2 minutes)

  3. Let cool a few minutes

  4. Since I used a PB with no sweeteners, I drizzled the top of my cookie with a little pure maple syrup

Ingredients

  1. 4 Tbs flour
  2. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  3. 1 Tbs sugar
  4. 4 Tbs milk (I use almond)
  5. 3 Tbs natural peanut butter
  6. 1/4 tsp vanilla
  7. Pinch cinnamon
  8. 2 Tbs mini chocolate chips
