Kahlua

Place Water, Sugar, and Coffee in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally. for about 3 hours.

Mixture in saucepan will become very dark and become syrupy.

Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.

After cooled add Vanilla Extract, and Vodka. (If you mix the alcohol into the hot mixture the alcohol will be lessened)

Place in a sealable bottle for storage.
