Step:
Wash mchicha thoroughly to get rid of soil, remove leaves from branches and chop
In a sufuria, add cooking oil and onions and saute until well cooked.
Add salt and stir, add mchicha and mix together. Continue turning as it cooks for a minute
Break the cubes using fingures into the mala and stir to mix. Pour the mala into mchicha and mix well.
Mchicha cooks very fast and we don't want it to loose the beautiful green with all the nice nutrients. Continue stirring and cook for not more than three minutes
Remove from heat and allow to rest for two minutes. Serve with ugali. You can add a spoon of cream in your plate if you like for extra richness
Ingredients
Mchicha
