  1. Sieve all purpose flour and baking soda powder

  2. In half milk add cocoa powder and 1 tsp sugar keep aside

  3. In butter mix remaining sugar vinegar beat add all purpose flour

  4. Now add coca mix and rotate spoon and baked

  5. 3 tsp cocoa powder
  6. 10-15 choco chips
  7. 1 tsp baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/2 bowl melted butter
  10. 1 tsp vinegar
