Step:
First dry roast the besan in low flame it raw smell goes then curds and add all the masala to it and mix well with water. Then add grated ginger to the mixture and keep aside.
Cook the brown Chanawell and take a portion of it and put it in the mixy jar and make a corse paste of it. Keep aside.Add salt to it too.
Now take a pan heat it add oil to it then jeera and saunf and let it splutter. Add boiled Chanawhole and the paste and stir it for one min, to this add the besan mixture close with lid and simmer for 3 mins, add water if needed. Serve yummy chole with roti.
