Step:

  1. Peel, chop and cook potatoes in salted water. Mash them up with a knob of butter and leave to cool

  4. Add to a greased baking tray and top with breadcrumbs and small knobs of butter. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180

  2. 1 mozzarella
  3. 1 scamorza (smoked cheese)
  4. Packet ham
  5. 100 g or so of salami
  6. 2 eggs
  7. Butter
  8. Breadcrumbs
  9. Salt and pepper
