Step:

  1. Firstly boil milk into heavy bottom kadahi.

  2. Cook carrot and milk for 30 minutes on low flame. all the milk should be evaporated leaving behind thick khoya.

  3. Once more than 1/2 of milk evaporates add 1 cup of sugar. mix it well with milk.

  4. Once again, cook the carrots for 30 minutes in a low flame until all the milk evaporates.

  5. Now add crushed cardamom and chopped dry fruits. And some dry fruits keep fir garnishing.

  6. Gajar ka halwa ready to serve.

  1. 1 kg carrot grated
  2. 2 litter milk
  3. to taste Sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp crushed cardamom
  5. as needed Chopped dry fruits
  6. 1 tbsp ghee
