Step:

  1. Pour all ingredient except cream in a pot and boil till it bubbles, make sure you stir it....
    Remove from flame add cream and beat it well, let it cool a bit then set in moulds on casserole....
    Keep in fridge to chill, unmould and top up with chocolate syrup and serve!!

Ingredients

  1. 4 cup milk
  2. 1 cup evaporated milk
  3. 1 cup condensed milk
  4. 4 tbsp nestle cream (or dessert cream)
  5. 2 tbsp agaragar powder (china grass powder)
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence rose essence
  7. 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  8. 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
