Figs with white chocolate

Wash the figs and flatten with your palm.

In a microwave make small pieces of white chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds. White chocolate can burn easily so ensure its not burnt. You can do it using double boiler.

Dip half of the fig in chocolate and place it on greaseproof paper. Repeat for all and let it cool.

Roll fondant and make small flowers and decorate the figs.
