Step:

  1. Measure all you ingredients

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

  4. Chop your mint leaves into small slices

  5. Add all your ingredients into a bowl except the chocolate and mix together with a whisk or mixer for 5 minutes

  6. Fold in the chocolate put in a baking tin and bake for 45 mins or until a skewer comes out clean

  1. 2 1/2 Cup flour
  2. 11/2 Cups sugar
  3. 2 Tsp baking powder
  4. 3/4 Cup oil
  5. 4 Eggs
  6. 1/2 Cup hot water
  7. 100 gms chocolate
  8. 5 Tbs cocoa
  9. leaves Mint
