Step:

  1. Coat the chicken in the buttermilk

  2. Season both flours with salt n spices and dip the chicken and coat

  3. Dip fry in hot oil till coating is brown

  4. Remove and dip again in buttermilk and coat in flour and dip fry again.remove put in serviette and serve

  4. 1/2 Cup buttermilk
