Strawberry Brigadeiros

Add strawberries in a pan, add water and cook until mixture turns to jam like

Add butter, condensed milk, white chocolate and keep stirring on medium high heat until the bottom of the pan can be seen when you pass a spatula through the mixture

Pour onto greased plate, chill for one hour

After one hour use a scoop to take out spoonfuls of the mixture, form into round balls then roll in the rainbow sprinkles
