Step:

  1. Fry the liver and onion until fully cooked

  2. Slice and toast the bread and set aside

  3. Blend the cream, garlic, onion and liver

  4. Add cayenne pepper and mix on low

  5. Remove from heat

  6. Spread over toast and serve!


Ingredients

  1. 400 g ox/chicken liver (fried)
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  4. To taste salt and pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  6. 1 loaf ciabatta / French loaf
  7. 500 ml cream
