Step:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients (except hot milk) in a cup.
    Now beat this mixture with a spoon. Beat the mixture continuously for 4 to 5 minutes.
    After a while, the mixture will be light brown in colour and also so thick that it will not drop off the spoon if turned over.
    Now boil the milk and whisk it for a minute then add the milk to the coffee mixture. Stir and enjoy.

  2. Tip :
    If you want chocolate flavor, add 1/2 tsp cocoa powder while beating coffee.

  1. 2 tsp Coffee
  2. 4 tsp Powdered Sugar or Brown Sugar / (as per your taste)
  3. 1 tsp Water
  4. 2 cups Hot milk
